Poster Presentation Schedule
- For poster presenters (September 7-8 / 2 days)
- - Posters should be placed before 10:30
- - Poster display time: 10:30 ~ 16:00
- - Poster presentation time: 13:30-14:20
- - Posters should be removed: 16:00 ~ 16:30
Presentation Venue:
Lobby in front of Grand Ballroom C (2F) & Room 309 (3F) (Songdo Convensia)
Poster Size:
100cm (height) x 80 cm (width) [recommended]
*Poster Board Size: 2,500 mm (height) x 950 mm (width)
Notice
- The presentation number will be posted at the top of each panel
- Presenters are expected to be available near their poster during the presentation time for discussion with the participants.
- Adhesive tape will be provided to attach your poster on the board. Using pins is strictly prohibited.
※ Only one poster board on both sides will be used for social distancing.
