Dear presenting authors & corresponding authors,
We sincerely appreciate your abstract submission at the forthcoming 4th International Conference on Bioresources, Energy, Environment, and Materials Technology (BEEM 2020).
Today is the acceptance notification date, but we have a very important announcement about the conference schedule.
Because of the current outbreak of "Coronavirus disease (COVID19)", most of you may be very concerned. We have also been cautiously looking at the development of this situation whether it can cause any problem in our hosting the BEEM 2020 as originally scheduled in JUNE 2020.
To our dismay, it is yet very difficult to predict when the situation will clear up. In light of this complexity, the BEEM 2020 committee has decided to postpone our event date from June to
SEPTEMBER 6-9, 2020 (at the same venue, Incheon).
For this schedule change, the timeline for deadlines and notifications has been changed as follow;
1. The acceptance notification will be sent to you on March 10.
2. The abstract submission deadline has been extended to March 31.
3. The 2nd acceptance notification will be sent to you on April 10.
4. The early registration deadline has been extended to April 30.
We would appreciate it if you would kindly understand the inevitableness of this decision based on our consideration on the seriousness of the situation and on the safety of all the participants from all across the world.
We hope that this change would not interrupt your pre-planned schedule so that all of you can attend the conference to give your valuable presentations in September.
If you need to withdraw your abstract due to this change, please let us know your cancellation (with your abstract no.) by February 28.
We expect that we could meet all of you in September this year.
Thank you.
Warm regards,
Prof. Ki-Hyun KIM, Prof. Hocheol SONG, Prof. Eilhann KWON, Prof. Yong Sik OK, Prof. Sang Soo LEE
