Dear BEEM 2020 domestic speakers & attendees,
 
As the COVID-19 situation becomes worse these days, the BEEM 2020 committee has to announce to you that all oral & poster sessions will be proceeded mostly online.
 
Accordingly, we would like to ask BEEM 2020 speakers as follows;
[To the oral speakers]: Please make your presentation video or audio file and submit it to the conference website before Sep. 3, 2020 (Thu)

If you cannot prepare your video presentation file before Sep. 4, please come to the venue during the conference and we'll help you record the video.
 
[To the poster presenters]: Please submit the poster file before Sep. 3, 2020(Thu) if you did not do yet. And you do NOT need to prepare for the offline presentations.
 
You can see how to upload your video or poster file in the attachment.
The whole program will be updated on the website soon.
 
We were eagerly hoping to see you at the conference venue but please understand this decision is for all attendees’ safety.

최근 코로나-19 상황이 많이 심각해 짐에 따라, BEEM 2020 컨퍼런스는 코로나 방역 기준에 맞추어 일부 행사를 제외하고 온라인 방식으로 진행 함을 알려드립니다.

따라서 발표자 분들께 다음과 같이 요청 드립니다.
- Oral Session 발표자 분들께: 본인의 Oral 발표를 비디오 혹은 오디오 녹화하시어 비디오 파일을 9월 3일(목)까지 홈페이지에서 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

비디오 발표 파일을 9월 4일 이전까지 제출하시지 못하는 분들은 행사 기간 중 현장에 오시면 발표 영상 녹화를 도와 드리겠습니다.
2단계 방역 조치에 따라 현장에는 스텝 등 10명 이내의 최소 인원만 허용되며, 3단계에 준하는 현장 방역을 준비하겠습니다.
 
- Poster 발표자 분들께: 현장 발표는 취소되었으니 준비하실 필요 없고, 아직 포스터 파일을 제출하지 않은 분들은 9월 3일까지 홈페이지에서 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
 
발표 파일 제출하는 방법은 첨부 파일을 참조하시고 곧 전체 프로그램이 홈페이지에 업데이트 될 예정입니다.
